How long does shipping take?
We ship same day for order placed before lunchtime U.S Eastern Standard Time. Depending on your location and whether you have selected standard or express shipping, times will vary. Note our warehouse is located near Florida, and new warehouses are currently being developed in Europe, Asia and Oceania.

Which cream is best for my skin type (oily, dry, combination, sensitive)?
None of our skin products are oily, so we would recommend any of them, however this is only a general comment and not to be taken literally, as we cannot examine your skin, and everyone is different.
For dry skin, our TL17 acts as a moisturizer, so consider TL17.

Does this cream contain any harsh chemicals or parabens?
No, all our creams are formulated without parabens, sulfates, or phthalates. We use clean, non-toxic ingredients that are gentle on your skin.
