Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Root Extract: Curcumin, a compound found in turmeric, has been researched for its potential to modulate sirtuins, impact DNA methylation, and protect mitochondrial function.

Coenzyme Q10 : Coenzyme Q10 is an essential component of the mitochondrial electron transport chain and has been shown to support mitochondrial function and energy production. 

Vitamin C: Vitamin C is an antioxidant that has been shown for its protective effects on mitochondrial function and telomeres. 

Ginseng Root Extract: Studies suggest that ginseng extracts may have protective effects on mitochondrial function and influence DNA methylation patterns.

Vitamin E: Vitamin E has been studied for its potential antioxidant and protective effects on mitochondrial function.

Amino Acid - Ergothioneine: This naturally occurring amino acid has been studied for its antioxidant properties and potential health benefits. Multiple studies demonstrated that ergothioneine helped to preserve telomere length and reduced the rate of telomere shortening, even under oxidative stress.
